Tiffany Cappelen, LCSW Obtained her master’s in social work from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She was offered a job within Advent Health as a Case Manager where she spent 3 years on the medical oncology floor. In 2008 she left the hospital setting to fulfill her passion in end-of-life care within Hospice of the Comforter which now known as Advent Health Hospice Care.

She holds certifications and training in end-of-life Care, Collaborative Divorce Mediation and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She is actively enrolled at the University of Florida in the Bio Medical Neuroscience Program.
