She earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College with additional marriage and family training and is credentialed as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. She has extensive experience working with all ages in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings.
Tiffany Cappelen, LCSW Obtained her master’s in social work from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She was offered a job within Advent Health as a Case Manager where she spent 3 years on the medical oncology floor. In 2008 she left the hospital setting to fulfill her passion in end-of-life care within Hospice of the Comforter which now known as Advent Health Hospice Care.

Collaborates to explore what isn’t working and encourages a desire to make improvements to one’s lifestyle. She understands that living one’s most authentic life takes courage, is a process of making meaning, and is enhanced by social connectedness.

She holds certifications and training in end-of-life Care, Collaborative Divorce Mediation and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She is actively enrolled at the University of Florida in the Bio Medical Neuroscience Program.
